Chipping Day

The crew was chipping trees cut down a while back, trees started to close up the road, to much growth. Using the Komatsu PC138USLC to load the chipper, the truck is a Ford L8000, and the chipper is a John Deere.

Champion 710A Grading

Caught him today grading the roads. The International 7400 dump truck dumping gravel for the grader to spread.

Water Line Burst Again

The famous Komatsu PC138USLC zero tail excavator at work again. This time digging up a busted water main. The crew being very nice and letting me hang around to get some videos and pictures. Thanks L.A.C crew!

Paving Soon?

Some equipment was brought in to pave a stretch of road thats been wanting to be paved for years now. Its the same road that the Komatsu PC138USLC is fixing culverts on below. So far just a Cat CS-536E roller and an old Champion 710A grader. I had to add my dirt bike to some of the shots lol.

Road Work

Here is the Komatsu PC138USLC zero tail excavator fixing some culverts on the side of a road after the winter, loading all the left over dirt into dump trucks. I love that green Freightliner.

Development Site

I have been going back every now and then to this site to see whats going on. They are building 7 new homes. They are using a Cat 315DL excavator to do most of the work on this site and a small Cat D3G XL dozer. The most interesting thing that amazes me is that every tree here was cut by a chainsaw and hauled by a little tractor, you don't see that to often now a days. Click on the pics to enlarge them.
